Your ‘day to day’:
Ensure the implementation of the commercial strategy of PMI products (CC, Heets, SBLs), seeking to maximize the performance of PMI brands and/or other products, by the sales force in charge (DSD/EZD Leader, C&C Executive, KA Executive and/or any other that applies).
Guarantee an excellent execution of commercial activities, thus improving the fundamentals of the market (SOM, ND, WD, and commercial cycles)
  • Create and maintain daily/weekly sales plans that allow achieving the fulfillment of volume objectives in the different products, both on a monthly and annual level, supported by the correct management of resources and always seeking to maximize the benefit of PMI.
  • Guarantee the execution of the fundamentals (coverage, productivity, # of visits, frequency, collection of information, among others) of the market through the maximization of available resources, including the sales forces, who are expected to operate efficiently and productive.
  • Design the channel strategy of the territory in order to execute the portfolio plan or business plan. Through knowledge and analysis of the territory, propose ideas and/or plans to maximize the results of the territory.
  • Propose ideas or complement programs developed from HQ for their correct execution in their territory
  • Perform the required sales force supervisor processes (Work With and Work Behind) to ensure the correct implementation of the plans and provide constant feedback to the sales teams.
  • Ensure that the team under his charge strictly complies with PMI\'s policies and procedures, emphasizing the legalization processes of all the resources invested in the different business cycles under his charge. Also maintaining the proper use of work tools (Vehicle, cell phone, computer, etc.).
  • Actively participate in all training programs for the development of themselves and/or their work team, additionally seeking a diverse and inclusive work environment, maximizing the engagement of the team.
  • Ensure compliance with the financial agreements decided with the marketing clients in order to maintain a healthy portfolio.

Who we’re looking for:
  • University Degree in Administration, Sales, Marketing or related careers.
  • At list 3 years of experience in similar roles managing sales force in Monteria or Sincelejo (consumer good companies)
  • Experience managing people
  • Negociation & Leadership Skills
  • Great capacity for effective communication.
  • Experience using technological tools (Office advanced)
- English intermediate - advanced.
  • Driver\'s license
